I have always loved the water from teaching my youngest brother to teach older adults. Make sure that when you decide to have Swimming Lessons, Water Fitness for your health, or Lifeguarding for your party, make sure that you choose an Instructor that has the necessary credentials. AAHPERD/AAPAR are Nationwide Credentials for Adapted Aquatics Instruction. If your child, friend, parent has special needs confirm that your Instructor has the Credentials. This is the best swimming and love of the water you can gain too!
